Sales Process
Qualification
After qualifying a prospect and making sure they meet the requirements, upload all the necessary information into the "lead submission" page. Make sure you enter the appointment date & time if you already have one
Site Survey
Depending on the site survey photos that you submit, we may by-pass this step. Generally, our technicians will survey the property and provide us with all the information needed for an accurate Scope Of Work!
Installation
Shortly after obtaining permits, a 1-2 day installation will be performed by our installation crews approved by the client.
Nurture Lead
GPS will start following up Five Minutes after you enter the lead with automated follow-up, information, and reminders as long as you enter the correct contact information. make sure you confirm the appointment!
Project Acceptance
Once Installation Agreement is signed, Financing secured, site is surveyed, & all required documents are submitted, the project is approved and a work order can be issued!
Inspection
The city will do an inspection of the installation and electrical work prior to activation to ensure everything is up to code.
Consultation
In-Home or Zoom consultation with prospects to go over the presentation, Survey the property and finalize all paperwork. You can request a proposal from your manager 48 hours before the consultation time!
Permits/
Design
Once a plan set is approved by our engineers and the HO, we will obtain all permits and utility documents necessary to complete the installation of the project!
Permission to Operate (PTO)
The utility company will provide PTO to activate the solar system and begin saving your client money.
Commercial Sales Process

Consultation
In-Home or Zoom consultation with prospects to go over the proposal, see if there is any final changes needed and finalize all necessary paperwork!
Installation
After obtaining permits, we will coordinate the install accordingly. A 3-5 day install will be performed by our installation crews approved by the client.
Discovery Call
Use this call to find what the prospect is looking to do, answer questions, and fact find the DBMs. After going through the presentation we will schedule a follow-up call to go over the proposal.

Build Proposal
Based on the information we get from the Discovery Call, we will build a manual custom design to meet the prospect's expectations in terms of financing options and panels layout design!
